Do or do not. There is no try

I, like many of you have enjoyed the Star Wars Trilogy as they have hit the big screen over the years. I love the one liner’s and especially the quotes from Yoda, the Jedi Master!

So, you may be asking; John, what does this have to do with SCRUM?

I’m happy you asked!

SCRUM is a project management methodology that delivers the new product, service or result in a collaborative environment allowing for quick and shared gains.

The Urban Dictionary defines “Gains “as putting on muscle and getting in shape. These “Gains” don’t get done on their own. They come from doing, getting the work done!

As Yoda said: Do or Do not. There is no Try!

Customers want their project delivered quickly with quick initial results. This collaborative approach to stakeholders ensures a customer-oriented framework and allows for a “Customer Centric” experience.

SCRUM is about doing and getting the project completed in an adaptive, iterative, fast, flexible, and effectively deliver significant value quickly and throughout a project.

SCRUM ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress.

Sound interesting?
