Before working with John, I had never even heard of Lean Six Sigma, and certainly couldn’t imagine how it might help me identify lapses or even opportunities in my business. By simply mapping all (and I truly mean “all”) of our processes, I see that over the years we’ve wasted both materials and time. My on-going determination to eliminate those wastes provides for a more streamlined and effective process in my business. We’ve been able to drastically improve not only the quality of our goods, but also the day-to-day running of our business.
