Alicia Butler Pierre, LSSBB, is the founder and Director of Operational Excellence at Equilibria, Inc. – an operations management firm specializing in business infrastructure. At heart George is a many faceted, innovative creator. He currently instructs a variety of subjects at six different educational institutes. He not only teaches but builds curriculum, manages events and has started many of these programs from scratch; creating diverse business models to fit each departments demands and schedules. He is an adjunct instructor able to fill many teaching roles and instruct a wide range of levels and ages.
